Why TSE

We Built This Company Because Commercial Properties Deserve Better.

Most snow contractors treat commercial accounts like big residential jobs. We don't. TSE Snow & Ice was built from the ground up to serve commercial property owners and managers — with the equipment, technology, and accountability that the job actually requires.

Our story

Not a Side Business. Not a Seasonal Hustle.

TSE Snow & Ice Management was founded with one focus: commercial winter management in Oakland County, Michigan. We don't do residential. We don't do landscaping in the summer and plow snow on the side in the winter. This is what we do — and we've built every part of our operation around doing it right.

We've seen what happens when commercial properties get treated like an afterthought by contractors who aren't equipped or organized for the work. Lots that don't get cleared on time. No documentation when a slip-and-fall claim comes in. No one to call when something goes wrong. We built TSE to be the answer to that problem.

Every system we've built — our GPS tracking, our digital documentation, our storm communication protocols — exists because commercial property managers told us what they actually needed. We listened, and we built it.

Six Reasons Commercial Properties Choose TSE.

01

Commercial-Only Focus

We don't split our attention between residential and commercial accounts. Every truck, every process, and every team member is focused on commercial properties. That focus shows in how we operate.

02

GPS-Tracked Fleet

Every vehicle in our fleet is GPS-tracked in real time. Every service event is logged with location data and timestamps. You have verifiable proof of service — not just our word for it.

03

24/7 Weather Monitoring

Our team monitors weather conditions around the clock throughout the winter season. We track storms, temperature changes, and freeze/thaw cycles so we can mobilize before conditions deteriorate — not after.

04

Digital Documentation

Time-stamped digital records for every service visit. When a liability claim comes in, you have the documentation to defend it. We build the paper trail so you don't have to.

05

Dedicated Account Management

You get one point of contact who knows your property, understands your priorities, and is accountable for your service. No call centers. No runaround. One person who owns your account.

06

Proactive Communication

We communicate before, during, and after every storm. You'll know when we're mobilizing, when service is complete, and what to expect — without having to chase us down for an update.

Our equipment

The Right Equipment for the Job. Every Job.

We don't send a pickup truck to a 10-acre industrial lot. We match equipment to property — commercial-grade trucks, plows, and deicing equipment sized for the scale and complexity of each site. Our fleet is maintained, GPS-equipped, and ready before the first storm of the season.
